Restaurant Team Lead

Job description:

The Team Lead position is the first step in our path of leadership. Team Leads assist Shift Leaders in the daily operations of the restaurant by completing leadership tasks, encouraging the team, and ensuring the restaurant is operating smoothly. We have Team Lead positions for the Front of House and the Back of House, and there are role-specific tasks for each one.

Job Requirements:

-Full time, open availability

-Ability to work a changing schedule

-Highschool Diploma

-Reliable transportation

-Previous restaurant experience

-Previous leadership experience

-Ability to lift 50 lbs
