What We Offer: $17–$20/hour starting pay Hands‑on training with experienced craftsmen Consistent work Opportunity to grow into a Craftsman role Supportive team and structured workflow What We're Looking for in a Craftsman Apprentice Eager to Learn & Grow – You have a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a goal of becoming a skilled craftsman. Basic Knowledge of Tools & Safety Procedures – Comfortable using hand tools, measuring equipment, and basic power tools under supervision. Reliable & Professional – Show up on time and ready to work, follow instructions, and treat customers’ homes with respect and care. Smartphone – Must have a smartphone with reliable internet access and be comfortable using our in‑field mobile app daily. Valid Driver’s License – We take pride in offering our customers trustworthiness and confidence in our brand. Availability – Typical work hours are 8 AM – 5 PM, but we offer flexible scheduling based on your needs and those of our customers. What You’ll Do: Assist skilled craftsmen on home repair and improvement projects. Learn carpentry, drywall, painting, and basic installations. Help prep job sites and maintain clean, organized work areas. Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently. Support project completion from start to finish.
