Quality Inspector

Position Title: Quality Inspector Wage: $21.00-$22.00/hour Shift: 1st Hours: 6:00am-4:30pm Monday-Thursday Join a quality-focused manufacturing team as a Quality Inspector! Quality Inspector Responsibilities Obtain and review engineering specifications for assemblies, subassemblies, and detail parts Verify products and completed work against engineering specifications and requirements Confirm all operations listed on production work orders have been completed according to engineering requirements Inspect parts and assemblies for defects, workmanship, and compliance with applicable specifications Create and disposition Non-Conformance Material Reports (NCMRs) within the ERP system Perform First Article Inspections in accordance with AS9012 requirements Identify and communicate quality concerns, defects, and potential risks to the appropriate team members Maintain accurate inspection records and documentation Quality Inspector Requirements Knowledge and understanding of Quality Management System (QMS) processes and standards Ability to collect and analyze data, compile information, and prepare reports Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related computer programs Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to follow technical instructions, procedures, and quality standards accuratelyUse a computer keyboard and applicable software effectively Use a telephone and other electronic communication equipment Read and interpret documents, drawings, specifications, and computer screens Communicate verbally with Quality team members, production personnel, and management Sit for extended periods of time Occasionally stand or walk for extended periods Occasionally climb stairs or ladders Occasionally kneel, crouch, reach, balance, and perform other physical movements required for inspection activities Lift and carry a minimum of 25 pounds We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
