Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and developing and implementing care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care, including physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals
- Monitor and assess patient condition, report changes, and implement interventions to improve outcomes
- Educate patients and their families on disease processes, treatment options, and self-care techniques
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
