Join us to bridge technical and business needs, enhance processes, and make a measurable difference in operational efficiency and decision-making.How You’ll Make an ImpactLead the intake, review and refinement of commission system requirements from business stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational objectivesTranslate business needs into comprehensive functional and technical requirements, identifying gaps and supporting solution design and deliveryOversee end-to-end delivery of requirements to development teams, proactively managing milestones, dependencies and risksDevelop and execute test strategies, coordinate validation processes and ensure solutions meet business specifications and quality standardsEvaluate system change requests, assess business and technical impacts and identify dependencies across applications and processesManage complex application requirements while partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features and user experiencesCompile, analyze and present complex data sets to inform strategic decisions and process improvementsDesign and maintain scalable, reliable data pre-processing automation to support commission processing using AWS Redshift and similar technologiesServe as a senior liaison among HR, IT, HRIS, Payroll and business stakeholders to maximize system capabilities and support evolving needsIdentify opportunities for process optimization and system enhancements, recommending improvements in operational efficiency, accuracy and scalabilitySupport broader business and technology initiatives by contributing subject matter expertise and mentoring team membersWorking Conditions   Fast-paced office environmentWhat You’ll Bring to Spectrum   Required Qualifications   Education  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work experienceExperience   5+ years of business or systems analyst experienceSkills   Initiative and adaptability in a dynamic environmentAbility to manage multiple projects under tight timelinesEffective communication with technical and non-technical individualsCapability to synthesize business issues into technical solutions and document system requirementsStrong business analysis and system/process design skillsProven technical abilities in relational database or compensation system configurationsIn-depth understanding of data movement, master systems and downstream systemsPreferred QualificationsSkillsExperience with Callidus or comparable sales commission systems strongly preferredProficiency with database management tools such as AWS Redshift, Teradata, SnowflakeWorking knowledge of sales commission plans and compensation processesExposure to major billing and CRM systems (Salesforce, CSG preferred)Telecommunications/Cable industry experience preferredExperience leveraging AI-enabled tools and emerging technologies for business analysis, system optimization and process efficiency#LI-SS5 HCP355-HR 2026-81141 2026 Here, our employees don’t just have jobs, they're building careers.
