Job Description Senior detailers and drivers create the first impression of our company and are crucial to our success. Your daily tasks include preparing cars for rentals, cleaning and detailing, delivering cars to clients, filling out forms, visiting auto shops, checking in cars after rentals, and similar tasks. All materials, scheduling, and systems are pre-built, and you will receive daily training to master and refine your skills. They are often the face of the company. Senior detailers are expected to hustle, work long and hard to meet goals and complete tasks. What This Job Entails Full & Part-time: 30-50 hours/week depending on schedule. Compensation Our team determines earnings based on the value provided, with an OTE between $3K - $7K/month, paid weekly. Hourly pay is pre-agreed and increases over time based on performance. Bonus incentives and additional earning opportunities are available. Requirements Mindset & drive are key — accountability, high standards, resilience. Strong communication skills in English.
