Sales Specialist - Las Vegas Bellagio

Summary The Sales Specialist at the Las Vegas Bellagio boutique is responsible for delivering exceptional client service and achieving individual and boutique sales targets while reporting to the Managing Director. This role supports the client experience in a fast-paced luxury retail environment and adheres to operational asset protection standards. The Specialist works collaboratively with the sales and selling support teams to maintain brand standards on the selling floor. Responsibilities Achieve monthly and annual individual sales goals and contribute to the boutique's collective targets. Organize and maintain the selling floor to VM and operational standards, including tagging, ticketing, replenishment, and presentation. Process POS transactions accurately, maintain CRM and sales records, and support after-sales administrative tasks. Support inventory activities and participate in cycle counts and physical inventory preparation. Comply with asset protection procedures, including key control, bag checks, and merchandise security practices. Provide high levels of client service, including greeting, assisting, and wrapping at POS while maintaining a clean workstation. Requirements 2+ years of sales experience; luxury environment experience preferred. Strong relationship development and communication skills. Ability to multitask, work independently and as part of a team, and prioritize selling activities. Strong organizational skills and open availability to meet business needs.
