Unit Specifics:
- Number of Beds: 45 inpatient rehab beds / 240 med surg/ progressive care/ ICU beds
- Patient Ratios: Rehab unit 5 to 1 or 6 hours of treatment / Acute care tx 12-14 patients per day
- Type of equipment: Documentation system: Meditech expanse
- Scheduling requirements: 5- 8 hour shifts- 2 weekend shifts per month with day off through the week to replace weekend shift worked
- Floating policy: Must be open to floating between acute care & inpatient Rehab treatments
- Patient Experience requirements: Hospital Specifics- Certifications: OTR license, NBCOT, BLS current
Hiring profile Requested Skill Set:
- Must have: Advanced skills needed: Procedures performed on unit: evaluations, therapeutic exercise, ADL, therapeutic activities, neuromuscular reeducation therapy CPT codes)
Dress Code: (Required uniform) Caribbean blue scrubs
