What You’ll Do

As a part or full-time Crew Member at Goldfish Swim School Milford in Milford, MA, you help create a safe, upbeat experience for families while supporting swim lessons and front desk needs. This role matters because your care and attention help kids build confidence in the water.

Key responsibilities include:
- Welcome and assist families; answer program questions and share information with potential members
- Support swim instruction using the Goldfish Swim School curriculum and act as a positive brand ambassador
- Maintain lifeguard credentials and follow safety procedures; report incidents and complete required documentation
- Pitch in on other tasks as assigned by leadership

What you’ll bring:
- Comfort working with children and adults; clear communication and organization
- Ability to pass background examinations (included with training)
- Lifeguard/CPR/AED/First Aid certification (paid training available if not yet certified)
