We put in long hours at high intensity to push the frontier forward. Role Scope Build and maintain the site-level forecasts: capex curves, opex ramps, and cash timing per building. Own the monthly forecast cycle: inputs gathered, variances explained, and the bridge to the last version clean. Model scenarios fast when a deal, delay, or design change moves the numbers. Automate the pipeline from source systems so the forecast updates in hours, not weeks. What We’re Looking For The below is a starting point. We always make space for exceptional people, so if you don’t fit this role exactly, tell us where you would. You’ve built capex and opex forecasts for large projects or infrastructure portfolios. Your variance analysis finds causes, not just differences. You’re expert in Excel and dangerous in SQL. You turn a vague what‑if into a modeled answer same‑day. Your models are auditable: sources cited, assumptions labeled. Bonus: Construction draw schedules. Pigment or Anaplan. Power cost modeling. Accounting fluency.
