Key Qualifications:

• Previous experience working as a paraprofessional or in a similar support role within a school environment
• Ability to foster positive relationships with students, teachers, and staff

• Understanding of student needs, including those with special needs or learning differences
• High school diploma or equivalent required; related coursework or certification a plus

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support to teachers in classroom management and instructional activities
• Assist students individually or in small groups to reinforce learning concepts introduced by educators
• Help implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and accommodations as instructed
• Supervise students in various settings, such as the classroom, playground, or during transitions
• Contribute to creating an inclusive, welcoming learning environment for all
• Support teachers with preparation of materials and classroom organization
• Document student progress and communicate observations to supervising staff
