Who We’re Looking For We seek an energetic, self‑motivated Digital Marketing Manager to help drive our next phase of growth by executing high‑impact digital campaigns across multiple channels, turning strategy into action and measurable results to expand our reach and impact. This is a highly hands‑on role for someone who enjoys executing, optimizing, problem‑solving, and driving digital marketing initiatives forward day to day. You’ll bring the expertise of a full‑stack B2B digital marketer, with experience in lead generation, website management, SEO + AIO/AEO/GEO, paid search, organic and paid social, email marketing, ABM, CRO, podcast and webinar management. You will also manage the martech stack which primarily consists of HubSpot, Salesforce, WordPress (front‑end only), amongst other platforms, where you will implement automations, manage contact lists, email health, improve data workflows, and reporting. With a strong foundation in best practices, while frequently testing new approaches with a creative, resourceful mindset, you will think critically, execute effectively and drive impactful campaigns. You should be comfortable leveraging AI tools to work more efficiently, streamline marketing operations, accelerate execution, and uncover insights that improve campaign performance. You’re solutions‑oriented, quick to spot issues and opportunities, and troubleshoot effectively. You will collaborate with team members, contractors, and partners on content, design, and more, to keep campaigns and projects on track. You’ll use data to optimize performance and drive measurable growth in support of TeamBonding’s goals. Requirements & Skills 8+ years of marketing experience, with much of that in B2B, supporting measurable lead generation, pipeline growth, and conversion optimization efforts. Proven experience in LinkedIn, Meta, Google, and Bing Ads, UX and CRO, SEO + AIO/AEO/GEO, and email marketing. Experience managing front‑end website operations in WordPress. High proficiency with HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools, SEMrush, Podbean. Strong skills in marketing automation, lead routing, attribution, and campaign reporting workflows. Strong analytical and reporting skills, including the ability to translate marketing data into actionable insights and recommendations. Comfortable testing and adopting AI tools and emerging technologies to improve marketing efficiency and performance. Strong written communication and organizational skills. Experience managing multiple projects in a fast‑paced, highly collaborative environment. Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and execute with minimal oversight. Experience collaborating cross‑functionally with leadership, contractors, and external partners, including providing creative direction. Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on maintaining brand consistency across all channels. Adaptable, resourceful, creative, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
