This role is 100% remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from the comforts of your own home. Our state-of-the-art electronic medical record (EMR) system helps streamline documentation processes, enabling you to focus more on client care rather than administrative tasks. Enjoy the freedom to set your schedule from Monday to Friday, between the hours of 9 AM and 5 PM, with no on-call obligations.

  • Conduct weekly teletherapy sessions using evidence-based approaches to address the mental health needs of adult clients.

  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and counselors, contributing to a comprehensive, multidisciplinary treatment framework.

  • Utilize automatically administered self-assessment tools to track symptoms and progress, ensuring treatment plans are tailored and responsive.
  • \n
  • Participate in weekly live consultation sessions with clinical leadership for case reviews and support.
  • \n
  • Assess and address crises as they arise, employing established crisis intervention protocols to support clients in immediate need.

Qualifications\n

  • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work from an accredited institution.

  • Current independent licensure as an LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT in California, with at least one year of clinical practice.

  • Ability and commitment to provide care for a diverse array of clients and mental health disorders.

  • Strong technological proficiency, with an eagerness to incorporate digital tools into the therapeutic process.

Preferred Experience\n

  • Two years of experience delivering CBT and other evidence-based treatments.

  • Prior involvement in treating patients from high-risk populations, with a focus on adults.

  • Demonstrated understanding of, and commitment to, ethical and culturally informed practices in counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The competitive salary for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications, along with potential bonuses.
