CNA LTCTryfacta is seeking a CNA LTC for our client in Amsterdam, NY 12010. This is a 13-week contract assignment with all possible extension. Position Title: CNA LTC Location: Amsterdam, NY 12010 Duration: 13 weeks contract with all possible extension Shift: FlexibleSchedule:6:00 AM – 2:30 PM2:00 PM – 10:30 PMFlexible Day/Evening shiftsDouble shifts required every Saturday and SundayOne additional shift during the weekGuarantee Hours: 40Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobilityMeasure and record vital signs, intake/output, and blood glucose levels as requiredObserve patient behavior and report changes in condition to the nursing staffMaintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environmentAssist with patient transfers, positioning, and ambulation using proper body mechanicsSupport nurses with routine patient care tasks as delegatedEnsure compliance with infection control policies, safety standards, and facility guidelinesProvide compassionate care while promoting patient dignity and comfortTo be considered for this position, you should have:Minimum 2 years of CNA experience preferredPreferred EMR System: EPICKnowledge of basic patient care, vital signs, and ADLsAbility to observe and report changes in patient conditionHigh School Diploma or GED requiredCompletion of an accredited Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) training program (preferred)Tryfacta is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
