A global investment organization headquartered in New York is seeking a Vice President to join its Alternative Investments Division. The firm manages a large and diversified portfolio across private markets and is expanding its Real Assets and Infrastructure platform. Oversee quantitative and qualitative due diligence across multiple industries and asset classes. Prepare and present investment committee materials, including financial modeling, valuation work, and strategic recommendations. Manage post-closing activities, including portfolio oversight, financing, operational initiatives, and exit planning. Collaborate with internal teams and maintain strong relationships with advisors, counterparties, management teams, and transaction partners.QualificationsBachelor’s degree with outstanding academic performance from a top-tier institution. 7–10 years of experience, including direct work as a principal infrastructure investor. Advanced financial modeling and quantitative analysis skills. Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of excelling in a collaborative, high-performance environment. Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities. Strong intellectual curiosity and a passion for real assets and infrastructure investing.
