If so, look no further! Full Life Care, a Transforming Age affiliate is looking for Home Care Supervisor to join our team! We are hiring a Homecare Superivsor to join our Team in Everett! This role pays $25.24 per hour. Supervisor Roles: Coordinate and oversee the interviewing, orientation, and performance management of home care aides Provide direct supervision and support to home care aides, including scheduling, training, and conflict resolution Develop and regularly update individualized home care service plans Ensure aide compliance with care plans and agency standards Monitor and manage a caseload of clients receiving long-term in-home care services Maintain frequent communication with clients, caregivers, case managers, and care team members Support home care aides in delivering preventive care and beneficial services to clients Conduct on-site visits and perform annual evaluations of direct care staff Ensure compliance with electronic visit verification, timekeeping accuracy, and documentation procedures Respond to and appropriately refer telephone calls, emails, and client/caregiver concerns Assist clients, families, and informal supports with empathy and professionalism Facilitate smooth transitions for new clients from intake to ongoing care supervision Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and caregiver records in the care management system Monitor staffing levels and adjust as needed to meet organizational goals Collaborate with leadership and complete tasks or projects as assigned Perform other duties as assigned. What you need to succeed: Must be 18 years of age or older Associate’s degree in social services, home economics, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience Minimum of one year of supervisory experience; experience in a health or social service setting preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse individuals and teams Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and proof of auto insurance Ability to travel locally and meet in-person reviews with clients, caregivers, and team members Must be able to lift at least 25 lbs and assist with client mobility as needed Transforming Age is a leading nonprofit organization committed to improving the lives of older adults by integrating housing, community services, technology, philanthropy, and partnerships. #J-18808-Ljbffr LE0024 Transforming Age Associates, LLC
