Process customers in a manner that enhances the business and maintenance of the facility to support customer satisfaction and sales growth. Education Requirements: High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED) preferred. Experience Requirements: Food Service experience or general restaurant experience preferred. Successful completion of all company sponsored, applicable RTO and food related training. Ability to provide exceptional customer service. Candidate may also be required to successfully complete additional and ongoing certifications for this position to include, but not limited to ServSafe or equivalent Food Service program, franchise specific certification (e.g. Subway), Alcohol Certification (ABC) and Tobacco Certification. Major Accountabilities: Daily preparation, presentation and display of required Subway products. Maintenance of daily health, safety and sanitation standards. Accountable to the Subway Manager or Subway Coordinator. Customer satisfaction, safety and security awareness. Completion of tasks assigned by the Subway Manager, Subway Coordinator and Store Manager. Strict Subway policy and procedure enforcement, run cash register, reconcile cash drawer, does unit and bread counts, perform light paperwork, understand and adhere to quality standards, procedures and formulas as outlined by Subway guidelines.
