Job Overview A law firm seeks an Intellectual Property Litigation Associate for its Los Angeles, CA office. The ideal candidate will have three to seven years of experience in patent litigation and a background in electrical engineering, computer science, or artificial intelligence. Duties Collaborate with attorneys in the Technology, Manufacturing & Transportation business unit. Develop and articulate legal strategies and courses of action. Manage multiple projects effectively under pressure. Requirements Three to seven years of patent litigation experience. Background in electrical engineering, computer science, or artificial intelligence preferred. Active bar license in the state of residence or commitment to obtain one. Excellent academic credentials and superior interpersonal skills. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Active bar license in the state of residence. Skills Exceptional judgment and ability to handle multiple projects. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proactive and dynamic approach to work.
