Compensation:$119,000+ at plan yearly
Responsibilities:Guide clients through the buying and selling process, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and long-term partnerships.
Stay informed about market trends and local real estate developments to provide clients with up-to-date advice.
Collaborate with our team to strategize and execute effective marketing plans for property listings.
Negotiate offers and contracts with a focus on achieving the best outcomes for clients.
Conduct property showings and open houses, showcasing homes in their best light.
Utilize our innovative tools and resources to enhance your sales strategies and client interactions.
- Must have an active NC Real Estate License, and a SC License is a plus!
- Experience in real estate sales, with a proven track record of closing deals and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to guide clients through the buying and selling process with empathy and professionalism, ensuring a positive experience.
- Proven track record of developing and maintaining strong client relationships, fostering trust and open communication.
- Ability to conduct thorough market research to identify properties that align with clients' needs and preferences.
- Experience in creating and executing effective marketing strategies to promote properties and attract potential buyers.
- Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to secure favorable terms and conditions for clients.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members, sharing insights and strategies to achieve sales goals collectively.
