What we offer Competitive pay of $22.00 - $24.00 per hour PT evening position 6pm - 10pm Benefits for FT employees include medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401k Agrowing company with opportunities for advancement Company sponsored training, tuition reimbursement, and other learning opportunities Responsibilities Provide great resident care and support with daily activities and personal hygiene Answer patient calls and determine how to best help them Ensure residents receive appropriate diet by reviewing their dietary restrictions, food allergies and preferences Passing meds per requirement in care plan. Qualifications Must have a current HCA or NAC certification and maintain CEUs as required by the state. Positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced work environment. Possesses a can-do attitude and exemplifies a willingness to go above and beyond when needed to serve our residents. Ability to work efficiently in a team environment, as well as independently. Communicate effectively with residents experiencing communication barriers. Must have a current certification in Food Handling, CPR & First Aid, or be willing to get certified within 30 days of hire.
