What You’ll DoAs a Family Support Specialist, you will:
- Support parents through pregnancy, early childhood, and family development
- Build trusting, supportive relationships with families enrolled in the program
- Provide in-home education and guidance focused on healthy child growth and development
- Connect families with valuable community resources and supportive services
- Create individualized family service plans with meaningful goals and activities
- Maintain professional communication with referral sources and community partners
- Meet weekly with your supervisor for support, coaching, and case review
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, current vehicle registration, and insurance
- 1–3 years of experience working with diverse populations
- Someone who is compassionate, organized, dependable, and committed to family-centered support
- $22.00–$22.50 per hour
- 35 hours per week
Schedule:
- Monday–Wednesday & Friday: 8:30 AM–4:30 PM
- Thursday: 11:00 AM–7:00 PM
