Job description:
- Programming using Siemens NX
- Programming using Mastercam or any other software
- Drafting and modeling using Siemens NX
- Drafting and modeling using any other CAD software
- Ability to verify program using Vericut or similar software
- Blueprint reading and interpretation
- Understanding G and M codes
- In depth knowledge of different machine controls (Fanuc. Okuma, Mazak, Kiwa...)
- Programming 3 and more axis milling machines
- Programming CNC lathes and mill-turn combos
- Exposure and work experience with different part geometries including blade and vane profiles
- Experience in different innovative material removing techniques
- Experience with laser drills a plus
- On machine probing using Renishaw or other probe types for tool, offset and part feature verification
