Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter

As our team continues to grow, we're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist /Recruiter who's passionate about connecting great people with meaningful careers. Location Buffalo, NY - primarily based in our Cheektowaga office, with occasional light travel to Rochester and Albany for hiring events. What You'll Do

- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create effective recruiting strategies
- Source and screen candidates to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Manage the full talent acquisition cycle , from job postings to offer letters
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach
- Deliver a positive candidate experience with timely, clear communication
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to support smooth onboarding for new hires
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred but not required
- Proven experience in talent acquisition , ideally in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of recruiting best practices and sourcing techniques
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a dynamic team setting
- Familiarity with ATS platforms (experience with iCIMS is a plus)
- Ability to work full-time on-site
