We are looking for a detail-oriented Document Entry Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will accurately enter, update, and maintain digital records while working from the comfort of your home. No advanced technical experience is required—just strong attention to detail, basic computer skills, and the ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Enter data from paper or digital documents into company databases.
• Review documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Update and maintain electronic records.
• Organize and file digital documents.
• Correct data entry errors when identified.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Meet daily and weekly productivity goals.
• Communicate with team members regarding document updates or missing information.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer and typing skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Reliable internet connection and a personal computer.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
• Previous data entry experience is a plus but not required.
