Job Title: Attorney (Remote)

Compensation: Up to $60/hour (W2)

Start Date: ASAP

Job Description/Duties:

• Review discovery
• Handle arbitrations
• Perform other tasks as directed by the manager

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Active license to practice law in Oregon
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in litigation
• Strong knowledge of civil procedure and discovery processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Provides effective legal representation and litigates complex cases
• Manages litigation under corporate guidelines and professional responsibility
• Analyzes litigation progress and evaluates cases for settlement
• Conducts discovery, motion practice, research, and drafting
