You'll be handling high-pressure water blasters, industrial vacuums, and other heavy-duty equipment to keep job sites clean, safe, and running smoothly.If you like hands-on work, a team-oriented environment, and the thrill of working in different locations, this is the job for you!What You'll Be Doing:Operate High-Pressure Equipment: Master the art of hydroblasting and industrial vacuuming like a pro.Stay Safe, Stay Smart: Follow all safety policies and procedures—your health is priority #1.Gear Up: Use personal protective equipment (PPE) to handle the job safely.Tackle Tough Jobs: Work in extreme temperatures, tight spaces, and high elevations (yes, this job keeps you on your toes).Be Ready Anytime: We operate 24/7, so availability is key—weekends, holidays, and overtime happen!Communicate & Collaborate: Work as a team to complete each job safely, efficiently, and effectively.Travel & Explore: Be prepared to hit the road and work at different job sites as needed.Maintain Equipment: Take care of your tools—report any damage or malfunctions ASAP.What You Need to Succeed:Skills & Qualifications:Must be 18 years or older.High school diploma or equivalent. (preferred but not required).Able to read and follow written/verbal instructions.Pass a medical screening and drug test. (pre-employment, random, and annual).Ability to perform hands-on, active work that involves lifting up to 70 pounds, climbing, and working demanding environments.Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus.Willing to travel and work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.Clean-shaven at all times for respirator use.
