Job Summary Registered Nurse (RN) responsible for utilizing the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation, and evaluation—to provide individualized nursing care to residents. Collaborates with residents, families, and interdisciplinary colleagues, including providers, to plan, implement, and evaluate care. Shift & Schedule Full‑time, 12‑hour day shifts, 36 hours per week, with alternate weekends and holiday rotation. Location GSS ND Larimore Center, Larimore, ND 58251. Job Responsibilities Assess, plan, and coordinate comprehensive nursing care for residents in all phases of preventive care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment. Serve as charge nurse when assigned and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel within their job descriptions and competence level. Provide support to delegates to ensure safe, reliable administration of resident care and resolution of care and service concerns. Practice within the scope and standards of nursing practice outlined in the Nurse Practice Act, Administrative Rules, and the American Nurses Association’s Code of Ethics. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred; graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program such as CCNE, ACEN, or NLN CNEA preferred. Current, unencumbered RN license with the state board where practice occurs, or multistate licensure in a Nurse Licensure Compact state. Required department‑specific competencies and certifications maintained.
