Essential JobDuties Upon onboardingandcompleting requiredqualifications, the Learning Content Designerwill: Analyze role-specificlearner needs andtasks tocraft measurable learning objectives Collaborate within the team and withsubject matter experts (SMEs)todevelopnewor update existinglearningcontent Collaborate withmultimediateamsto create ormodifymedia assetsincorporated in learning materials Proactively managethecontentdevelopmentprocessincludingmilestones, risks,review cycles,feedbackimplementation, andquality assurance Manage and monitordeliverablesthroughout the implementation,translation, and launchprocess,providingregular status updates toproject teams Evaluatelearning content using qualitative and quantitative methods to drive design/development improvementsand workflow efficiencies Conducttechnical/clinicaltraining andsign-offsfor Intuitiveteams that supportcustomer education Develop and deliver training for Human Factors usability evaluations Conductlab-based skills trainingforphysicians and care teams as needed Required Skills and Experience 3-7yrs. relevant professional experience Ability tosign-offonapplicable technical and/or clinicalcontent Experience designingand developingeLearning, instructor-led training,andassessments Delivery of training in a professional or classroom setting Demonstrated application of adult learning theory, analysis tools and process, evaluation tools and models, assessment best practices, and learning objective construction Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills Experience working and collaborating with SMEs andstakeholdersto create robust content solutions Ability to self-manage and prioritize multiple development projects and deadlines, and adapt to project changes Ability to present clear solutions that drive alignment and cross-functional buy-in Ability to work with instructional design processes, tools, and templates Strong organizational skills Excellent attention to detail Must provide work samples and/or portfolio Required Education and Training Minimum college degreerequired(Instructional Design,Education,orScience/Engineeringdegree preferred) Softwareproficiency: Articulate Rise Articulate Storyline Camtasia MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) Smartsheet or equivalent project management tool Preferred SkillsandExperience Minimum 1-2 yearsof experience in biotech or medical device organization preferred Curriculum Development or Instructional Design/Technology master’s degree preferred AdobeCreative Cloudproficiencypreferred Due to the nature of our business and the role, please note that Intuitive and/or your customer(s) may require that you show current proof of vaccination against certain diseases including COVID-19.
