We are an AV-rated midsized law firm with a thriving commercial real estate and lending practice. The firm is deeply rooted in the homebuilding and homebuilder finance community, representing many of the region's leading developers, homebuilders, lenders, investors, public entities and other key players in the homebuilder market. 

We are looking for a Commercial Real Estate Attorney to join our team!

Position Overview

We are seeking a commercial real estate associate with 3+ years commercial real estate transactional experience. Applicants must be skilled in drafting land purchase agreements, cost sharing agreements, operating agreements, and real estate finance documents. The ideal candidate will represent a diverse range of clients-including private and institutional developers, investors, lenders, homebuilders, and public entities-in complex real estate transactions from concept to completion. Base salary, benefits, and bonus structure are based on experience.

Responsibilities

-Handle commercial real estate transactions from start to finish
-Draft, review, and negotiate purchase agreements, loan documents, leases, closing documents, and related -materials
-Support land acquisition, development, construction financing, and A/D loan closings
-Work with developers, builders, lenders, buyers, sellers, title companies, and other transaction parties
-Review title, survey, due diligence, and closing requirements
-Provide practical, client-focused legal guidance throughout each transaction

Requirements:

-Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
-Admission to the State Bar of Georgia
-3+ years of experience practicing commercial real estate law
-Strong knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and industry practices
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Ability to draft and negotiate complex legal documents
-Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
