By providing tailored guidance on resumes, cover letters, interview preparation, and career planning, you will equip individuals with the tools and confidence needed to navigate an increasingly competitive job market. In this role, your impact extends far beyond one-on-one appointments. You will collaborate with faculty, academic departments, and campus partners to design and deliver workshops, presentations, and events that build career readiness at scale to help students develop the competencies necessary for lifelong career success. Your work will directly contribute to improving career outcomes, strengthening career readiness, and enhancing the overall student experience. As the landscape of career services continues to evolve, you will be part of a forward-thinking team committed to innovation, accessibility, and growth. This role requires adaptability, a proactive mindset, and a willingness to embrace new strategies that expand the reach and effectiveness of career services. You will help drive initiatives that increase student engagement, improve service delivery, and align programming with workforce trends. Additionally, you will contribute to telling the story of the University Career Center's impact by supporting strategies that communicate outcomes, demonstrate value, and elevate visibility across the university community.
