Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Business Analyst to support high-impact enterprise Salesforce initiatives in a fast-paced, Agile environment. This role serves as a critical liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring business requirements are translated into scalable, effective Salesforce solutions. Must Haves 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting Salesforce platforms and enterprise applications Strong knowledge of Salesforce capabilities, business processes, and solution delivery methodologies Experience gathering, documenting, and validating business and functional requirements Proven ability to facilitate discussions between business users, technical teams, and project stakeholders Experience working within Agile project environments and participating in iterative delivery cycles Strong process analysis, workflow mapping, and business process improvement experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a dynamic environment What the Client Needs You to Do The selected professional will partner with business leaders, project managers, administrators, architects, and development teams to identify opportunities for operational improvement and technology optimization.
