Responsibilities:
General insurance defense attorney with a strong focus on premises liability, product liability, and personal injury cases.
Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to develop effective trial strategies.
Prepare and present compelling arguments in court, including opening statements, examinations, and closing arguments.
Collaborate with experts, witnesses, and colleagues to build strong cases.
