About the Role:

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and overall function.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation exercises and injury prevention strategies.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care tailored to each patient.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress notes.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in physical therapy.
• Participate in community outreach programs to promote health and wellness.

Requirements:

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist in Washington.
• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in outpatient rehabilitation setting preferred but new grads welcome.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate demeanor towards patients.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
• Commitment to continuing education and professional development.
