Join Our Team: Overnight Awake Staff (Full-time Lumberton, NC)

Are you a night owl with a heart for helping others? Methodist Home for Children is hiring an Overnight Awake Staff to ensure the safety and well-being of youth in our group home during overnight hours.

What You'll Do:
Under the direction of the Program Manager, you'll provide awake coverage from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., ensuring a secure, healthy, and supportive environment for our juvenile residents.

Available Shift:

• Full-time: Sunday - Thursday nights (10:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m.)

What You’ll Need:

• At least 21 years old

• High school diploma and experience working with youth or vulnerable populations

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
