Significant experience in company representation and compensation disclosure. Broad knowledge of tax, securities, and related laws. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree required. Certifications Bar admission in the state of California. Skills Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
