Job Overview A law firm seeks a Senior Associate specializing in Tax, Executive Compensation, Employment, and Benefits in Los Angeles, CA. Duties Advise clients on complex executive compensation and benefits matters. Handle transactional executive compensation and benefits issues. Collaborate with global teams on cross-jurisdictional employment matters. Develop practical workforce solutions with clients. Requirements Minimum of five years of relevant experience. Significant experience in company representation and compensation disclosure. Broad knowledge of tax, securities, and related laws. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree required. Certifications Bar admission in the state of California. Skills Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
