The Iowa Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) is hiring a Child & Family Services Case Manager for the Eastern Iowa Service Area, based out of Dubuque County HHS (205 Bluff St., Ste. #1, Dubuque, IA 52001). This full-time position is Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–4:30 PM with an on-call rotation.
