TOTE Maritime Puerto Rico LLC is seeking an HR Business Partner to serve as a trusted advisor to leaders, aligning people strategies with business priorities. You’ll influence organizational effectiveness, strengthen leadership, and enhance the employee experience across functions and terminals. You will partner on talent, workforce planning, change management, and compliance while leveraging data to drive business results.
