Financial Analyst II

Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports Support budgeting and forecasting processes Conduct variance analysis and explain significant deviations Assist with month‑end and year‑end close activities Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather and interpret financial data Develop and maintain financial models to support business initiatives Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and financial standards Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field 2 or more years of experience in financial analysis or a related role Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (preferred) Professional certification such as CPA or CFA (preferred) Experience with financial planning tools and ERP systems Demonstrate strong analytical and problem‑solving skills Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines Effective written and verbal communication skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across teams Adapt to a fast‑paced office environment with extended periods of desk/computer work #J-18808-Ljbffr
