Experience Needed For a Board Certified Behavior Analyst/BCBA A minimum of a master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or a related field is required. Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is mandatory. Experience working with children, particularly those with autism or other developmental disabilities, is highly desirable. Data collection, and behavioral therapy techniques are essential.l> Familiarity with special education frameworks and behavioral health practices is a plus.
