Procurement Manager

PARDGROUP SPA New York, United States Supply Chain Company Description Pardgroup , a leading company in integrated services for retail and large-scale distribution, is looking for a new Procurement Manager to join our Team in New York. Position The new colleague will carry out the following activities: Executing category management strategies to optimize Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and expand a resilient supplier base through proactive global and domestic sourcing; Identifying, evaluating, and qualifying new suppliers to strengthen supply continuity, while maintaining strong Executing category management strategies to optimize Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and expand a resilient supplier base through proactive global and domestic sourcing; Identifying, evaluating, and qualifying new suppliers to strengthen supply continuity, while maintaining strong relationships with key vendors to reduce risks and enhance competitive advantage; Leading formal Requests for Information, Proposals, and Quotations processes, while negotiating pricing and contractual terms to secure best-in-class agreements; Drafting, reviewing, and managing comprehensive procurement contracts in alignment with business objectives; Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key vendors, negotiating favorable rates, terms, and agreements; Regularly monitoring costs related to procurement activities; Collaborating with Quality Assurance and Engineering teams to resolve supplier quality and delivery issues using preventive and corrective action methodologies; Overseeing Procure-to-Pay activities, monitoring budgets, reporting savings and compliance metrics, and ensuring strict adherence to procurement policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements; Continuously assessing vendor performance and implementing improvement strategies. Requirements The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements: Previous work experience in a similar role of at least 5 years, ideally within Interior Fit-out or Luxury industries; experience with materials such as metal, glass, and millwork, as well as FF&E sourcing, is highly desirable; Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Proven expertise in negotiation, contracting, PO issuance, and vendor performance management; Proficiency in Excel and major e-procurement and ERP platforms (e.g., SAP); Fluency in English; Positive and flexible attitude, with strong teamwork and problem-solving skills.
