Key Responsibilities Lead Generation: Actively seek out new clients through networking, cold calling, door-to-door sales, and other innovative strategies. Sales Presentations: Showcase our painting services and highlight the benefits to potential clients. Client Relationship Building: Establish and nurture relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions. Accurate Quoting & Proposals: Provide precise quotes and proposals that clearly outline the project scope and cost. Closing Deals: Drive the sales process from initial contact to closing, achieving and exceeding sales targets within your territory. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to implement effective sales strategies and grow our client base. Qualifications Proven experience in sales; experience in the painting or home improvement industry is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients. Excellent negotiation and closing abilities. Self‑motivated and proactive in driving sales efforts. Ability to work both independently and as part of a dynamic team. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent required. At least 2 years of job-related work experience, preferably in sales.
