The nurse assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates individualized patient care. The nurse administers medications, performs clinical procedures, and monitors patient responses. The nurse documents patient status, interventions, and outcomes accurately. The nurse collaborates with physicians and the healthcare team to coordinate care. The nurse educates patients and families on health management and discharge planning. The nurse follows infection control protocols and patient safety standards. The nurse works 12-hour night shifts and maintains a full-time schedule.
