Staff Accountant

Compensation $60,000 - $70,000 annually, depending on experience Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Staff Accountant to join their team! This position offers the opportunity to work closely with the Controller, providing general ledger accounting support across multiple entities. Key Responsibilities & Duties Prepare and post general ledger journal entries Reconcile accounts and research discrepancies Prepare weekly billing for multiple entities Assist with maintaining fixed asset records Support intercompany accounting processes Ensure compliance with internal controls and procedures Assist with month‑end close activities Perform special projects as assigned Required Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field 2‑3 years of accounting experienceStrong understanding of general ledger accounting Experience with invoicing and billing Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel Strong communication and problem‑solving skills Nice to Have Skills & Experience Experience with Dynamics GP Experience with multiple entities or intercompany transactions This opportunity includes a comprehensive and competitive benefits package—details will be shared during later stages of the hiring process.
