What We're Looking For:

• Valid SLP licensure or eligibility (CCC or CFY)
• Previous experience in school settings preferred
• Adaptability to a varied caseload tailored to your skills and interests
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation abilities
• Collaborative mindset paired with initiative and problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide assessments, individualized therapy, and support services to K-12 students
• Design and implement therapy plans based on student IEP goals
• Engage in collaboration with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary staff
• Document progress and participate actively in annual meetings and performance reviews
• Attend regular monthly meetings, roundtable discussions, and ongoing professional learning
