Job Summary Medical Surgical ( Registered Nurse ) $3240 / Week / Night or Days Contract, Temporary In-Office | Marysville, CA, United States Responsibilities Provide direct patient care per medical-surgical standards and care plans. Monitor patient status, document outcomes, and communicate changes to the care team. Administer medications and treatments safely following protocols. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records. Adhere to infection control, safety, and regulatory compliance requirements. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team to optimize patient care. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes. Demonstrate accountability for personal performance metrics and outcomes. Seek ongoing professional development and pursue relevant certifications. Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatments, and discharge plans. Assist in triage and prioritization for high-volume patient flow. Experience & Qualifications Active RN license with current state board certification. Minimum 2 years med-surg inpatient nursing experience. Ability to administer medications and treatments per protocols. Strong infection control, safety, and regulatory compliance knowledge. Proficient in electronic health records and documentation accuracy. Excellent communication and teamwork with multidisciplinary care teams. Clinical decision-making with prioritization in high-volume settings. Participation in quality improvement initiatives and outcome tracking.
