About the Role Seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist – focus on delivering exceptional client experiences and supporting tax professionals. Responsibilities Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner. Match clients with the best‑suited tax professional for their needs. Schedule clients according to their preferences. Help ensure all client needs have been met during service, both in person, over the phone or virtually. Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Sales/marketing experience. Experience working in a fast‑paced environment. Previous experience in a customer service environment. Ability to multi‑task. Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
