Clinical Laboratory Technician

Labcorp seeks a clinical laboratory technician for its Tulsa, Oklahoma location to perform routine and complex testing procedures, operate laboratory instrumentation, and maintain quality control standards in a high-volume production environment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate specimen acceptability and process specimens for testing
• Perform routine and complex technical procedures per departmental protocols
• Monitor, operate, and troubleshoot laboratory instrumentation
• Prepare, test, and evaluate reagents and controls; document quality control procedures
• Report accurate test results and maintain safe work environment

Requirements

• Associate's degree in chemical science, biological science, clinical laboratory science, or medical technology
• One or more years of clinical laboratory testing experience (preferred)
• ASCP or AMT certification (preferred)
• Ability to pass standardized color blindness test
• Proficiency with computers and laboratory information systems
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills
