Physical Therapist (PT)

MLR is seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to join our dynamic outpatient rehabilitation team. Based in our state-of-the-art facility, you will evaluate, develop, and implement treatment plans for patients of all ages, helping them achieve their recovery goals. This role offers opportunities for professional growth, mentorship of PT assistants and students, and the chance to work across diverse specialty rehab services, including vestibular therapy, hand therapy, and lymphedema therapy. A weekend fair turn commitment in the inpatient department is required, ensuring a well-rounded clinical experience.

PT Qualifications

• BS or MS degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school (required).
• DPT required for new graduates.
• Vermont state license to practice Physical Therapy (required).
• Prior outpatient physical therapy experience is preferred; however, new grads are encouraged to apply.
• Current CPR certification or Healthcare Provider BLS within 90 days of hire.
