Phlebotomist II Work Location: 750 Morphy Ave, Fairhope, AL Assignment Duration : 6+ months Shift- 6:30am-3:00pm Mon-Fri with rotating weekends Work Arrangement: Onsite Required to wear N95 mask and Red scrubs* Vaccine: Hepatitis B can decline RTB RMMR RT-DAP RVaricella Position Summary Register patients, collect labs, process specimens, prepare specimens for shipping, restock supplies, order supplies, rotate expired supplies, and perform general office duties. Rotate expired supplies. Perform general office duties. Qualifications & Experience High School Diploma or GED. Customer Service experience. Computer skills. Ability to pass pre-employment testing. Working Conditions * How many draws are required daily? - 20-25 * What is the work environment? - 4 floor hospital * If this is a patient service center, how big is the location? - Hospital setting * How long is the worker expected to stand? - The worker is expected to stand and walk the majority of the 8-hour shift. * Are there any specialties? - There are no required specialties, the candidate should be able to assist all patients who present for services from infants to geriatrics. * Will this person work with a team or alone? - There will be a team huddle will draw alone * How many weeks of training is required at the start of this role? - Will draw with a lead until can draw alone Color Vision Screening - Yes
