Accounts & Invoicing Specialist (QuickBooks & Payroll)

Omega AS seeks an organized accounting clerk to support daily finance tasks in our West Virginia office. You will post invoices, process payments, maintain ledgers, and assist with payroll backups while ensuring timely filing and accurate records.
The role requires Excel proficiency and QuickBooks or similar software, plus strong attention to detail and time management. A Certificate or Diploma in Accounting helps complete the profile.
